We liked that it was next to a restaurant. The breakfast was decent too.

The pillows were way too soft! We prefer firm pillows. The bed was only average. The floor in the bathroom could use a good scrubbing to clean the grout. The shower had poor water pressure.

The employees are all amazingly great and very polite.

Wow, the so-called handicap accessible room woudl ve been better if it actually was. I was stunned when I offered to help the staff rearrange the rooms, but they refused, claiming it was the same size. How nice of the cleaning staff to barge in at 8:45 AM instead of waiting. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

You charged my credit card for three rooms and I only stayed in one.

The room was perfectly clean and bright with double beds and the staff was exceptionally nice. Its location was good, short walk to a restaurant, Springfield which was about 12 miles off of the highway and the beach, Vegas strip or in Orlando. The service was good, including a quick check-in.

My previous experience in springfield didn't hold a candle to how cozy and inviting this place felt. The breakfast was freshly stocked with hot options, and there were even quick to-go bags available for busy mornings.
